RESEARCH @ WORK: EXHIBITION

To facilitate incubators, incubatees and innovators to showcase their products and services for commercialization exhibition stalls will be organized. Similarly exhibition space will be provided to sponsors and professional organizations. Well structured and designed exhibition stalls of about 80 sft each with electricity and seats for two persons at the venue of the conference will be organized to display their products and panels.

ENTITLEMENTS : The shell space would be provided with the following amenities subject to a minimum of 9 sqm - one table, two chairs, carpet, fascia, display booth, stall structure on laminated sheets held together by anodized aluminum channels, three spotlights, 1 waste paper basket and an electrical connection of 5 amps 1 phase for every 9 sqm • Raw space subject to minimum of 27sqm would not be provided with any of the above amenities of shell space • The Exhibitor will be provided with standard security services during show days and an Exhibitor Manual.
